Staying at home

My partner & I have come to the decision that I will not be returning to work after maternity leave so I can solely look after our little one. My partner will financially cover everything which isn’t an issue for us but I’m wondering if there’s anything any other stay at home mums do as a kind of side hustle? I’m going to love staying at home but I like to be busy. So is there anything you’ve found you can completely fit around your little one?

I’ll be continuing social media marketing for 1 or 2 companies. Just posting for them, creating that content and running ads. All from home, a few hrs a week for each. Though eventually I’d like to stop and only do hobbies for myself like painting, gardening, sewing…

I'm getting into a tattoo apprenticeship once they're school age so I'm just working on a portfolio. But being artistically inclined these days and this economy especially NOT having social media- I'm not making any money at home from it. I used to commission oil paintings but it's too much without a studio setup and socials and childcare lol. But I have a lot of experience with friends in the biz and if I can charge $200/hour and work 10 hours a week hell yeah

i currently clean houses on the side! i do have to travel since majority of the houses i clean are around 6-7 hours away (its at my parents & my car is good on gas). its $200 a day so i just stay for a few days and clean houses/do side jobs for my mom with her remodeling company like delivering cabinets, hauling off trash, etc..
