Pumpkin Brioche French Toast ... Mix two eggs, half cup milk, dash cinnamon powder, tablespoon vanilla extract in a bowl preheat your pan with a good amount of butter Soak your brioche bread in mixture make sure it's well coated Once the pan is hot add your bread to the pan. Cook until it's nice and brown don't burn it! Top with your choice of fruits 🍓 , maple syrup and powdered sugar.

The secret to my French toast is I sprinkle sugar on both sides of the toast before I fry it up in the butter - it carmelizes the sugar and gives it a crunchy texture with a hint of caramel flavor
