Possible for sure but likelihood lowwww. You would have to ovulate so a possible cycle would start and then u get pregnant before your period but most people don’t get pregnant on the first try I think the statistic is like 6 cycles on average. Have you been to a fertility specialist? Do you know why u don’t get it?

Keep tracking I'm going through the same thing if it doesn't go down it may be pregnancy if it goes away you have be ovulating. I also have surgical hypothyroidism( I was beyond hyper) I got pregnant and had a healthy baby was monitored closely until 25 weeks she grew normal had no issues but keep monitoring and follow up with your endo Dr if you don't have one get one
I got pregnant same got hypothyroidism but later miscarried at 20 weeks please get your hypothyroidism levels checked
