Sweet smelling down below

I’m 27 weeks pregnant and got diagnosed last week with gd. Now this morning I did notice my self that down below smells very sweet and I can smell my self it’s like custard smelling or vanilla like, but I’m sat in work and a college made a comment that he could smell something really sweet and I know it’s me but I don’t why I smell like that and it’s so strong is it to do with my sugar levels? I have no itching or funny looking discharge so I don’t think it’s yeast ? Very embarrassing
