Fore milk / hind milk imbalance
How do mamma’s with an over supply deal with their lo getting too much fore milk and not enough of the more filling hind milk? My lo is feeding too frequently due to this issue.

My baby fed constantly for the first 2.5 months . Id say it’s normal and not an issue to do with fore milk and hind milk. I was never an overproducer and my baby feed every 30 mins or more
How old is your little one? Mine is 5m now but he used to do the same when newborn as the over supply breast flow was too fast on letdown for him to cope with so he'd cough and splutter and get upset so he'd stop for a bit. I was always worried he wasn't getting enough hind milk, but I don't think there was an issue with it though in the sense of what he got. I was also worried my supply would drop in that bresst due to him not taking much at times but it jever did. Your little one should still be getting enough of each. Are they maybe going through a growth spurt, therefore having frequent feedings? X
