Feed on demand and don't worry about amounts! They are guidelines at best. Milk intake varies from day to day and week to week. If anything, it's much easier to just track the amount he takes in 24 hours. What I used to do was line up the empty formula containers (each one was about 8 oz), and at 6 am every day, count them and throw them out. Usually I had 4 or 5 but some days it could be as many as 8, which usually coincided with growth spurts. Honestly the amounts mean very little. If he wants more, give more!

If baby is finishing the majority of the bottles, it’s time up an oz x

I wouldn’t add any more per feed, as their tummies are only small at this stage, but it is normal that sometimes they will only go a few hours and then want more

Both mine fed every 2 sometimes 1and half hours. If baby is finishing the bottle each time I’d up an oz.

It’s normal to want to feed very frequently, breastfed babies will go through phases of crying for milk every hour or more, especially in growth spurts. Bottle fed babies still show cluster feeding behaviour too. I would up the frequency rather than give bigger bottles.
