Best neighborhoods in LV

So my husband just received a great job opportunity in Las Vegas, so we will most likely be moving there in the next month or so. We’re from California (LA area) so definitely a big change for us. We have an 18 month old daughter and expecting our second in January, so we are looking for a safe, family friendly neighborhood. We are looking to buy a home and have a pretty flexible budget so open to any suggestions.

I’m in Henderson, very family friendly!

Summerlin. There’s a lot of parks and activities and it is located in close proximity to downtown Summerlin, Red Rock park, and several man made lakes. There’s a movie theater and a bowling alley at Red Rock resort.

I live in the cadence neighborhood in Henderson and I love it. Inspirada is also really nice

Henderson green valley

I have been in Henderson almost my whole life (traveled ALOT in my 20’s) and it is by far the best place I have ever been it is ranked #2 in the safest cities in America. Cadence is a brand new area really nice parks and houses personally my favorite.
