Potty training regression

Hi! Almost three weeks ago we were involved in a car accident. It was fairly minor, both children (3 and 1) fine but naturally quite upset, my husband fine and I suffered a little whiplash. The past few weeks my little girl (3) has been having accidents most days, sometimes multiple in a day. She has been potty trained for well over a year and before the past few weeks had only ever had a handful of accidents and had trained within a few days. She says she doesn’t know when she’s had an accident sometimes (I will find her knickers wet and she’s not sure) or most times she has had an accident she’s wet herself before she gets to the toilet Is this a normal reaction to a car accident? How long can I expect it to continue? Is there anything I can do to help her get back on track? Thank you for any experience or advice
