Birth control

Hey ladies, I am 6 weeks postpartum and I started taking the progestin pills last week. I literally was only done bleeding from birth for a week and now for the past 3 days I’m getting a light period 😭 for anyone that has taken these pills what has your experience been like? I read that it can cause a lot of irregular bleeding and I’m really not into that at all. The only birth control I’ve ever been on was the hormone pill and I liked that because it worked and I got my periods on the same day every 4 weeks. I read online that I can actually have that pill now but it can lower milk production. Any experience with those? Any other birth control methods that might be a better option? Kind of scared of the implants and IUDs but I’d like to hear other opinions.
