Why is my daughter blinking like this?

So my daughter has been doing this and I thought it was because of maybe dry eyes or if she was tired but she watches tv and blinks her eyes like this. Should I be concerned? She bumped her head at school last week, as you can see, they made sure she was okay…was fine the whole week and it was healing…well it appeared Friday to be bruised and a lump that she must have rebumped the spot without anyone seeing. Her dad said she was fine during the weekend but she did this Friday too I believe. It’s not a concussion right?
