I didn’t notice a massive difference at the time but I think we were in a regression at the time. I do think it helps her recognise the smell as another sleep signal now she knows it and definitely helps when we stay somewhere new x
I bought this for my 7 week old but it states it’s recommended for 6m+ so I haven’t used it yet but the my little coco one can be used from birth xx
I started using it for my daughter when she was about 5 months old and use it everynight now as part of our routine I didn’t want to use it for her as a newborn just incase it was too much but I don’t think it says not to on the bottle so should be okay
