We did ours, Zerin was the course leader and she was fab so if she’s still doing them I thoroughly recommend.
We haven’t kept in touch with any of the mums since our babies all turned one (all about 1.5 now) but the classes were so helpful, she found and shared loads of extra information for me and another mum who had GD, and she wasn’t judgemental or pushy on anything to do with feeding, etc. There is a lean towards breastfeeding and natural birth that comes from the course content but that didn’t stop her positively and accurately covering formula/combi feeding and all options for pain relief during birth.
