What’s everyone getting their toddlers for Christmas?

I feel like my little one has been spoilt rotten for his birthday and he received quite a few toys that are on the larger side, making storage and toy rotation a bit more difficult! But this is his last Christmas as an only child so part of me does still want to spoil him. I’m planning to get him some new books as he loves story time and has heard all of his stories hundreds of times, but I can’t really think of anything else!

I'm in the same boat although my second is 8 months old. I was just thinking of clothes, books and a scooter. Everyone else I'm saying give or put money in his bank account.

I think I'm going to get mine a tonies box x

In the same boat, he got so much for his birthday, we’re struggling with space and also just don’t think he needs anything else xx

We’ve got her her own little armchair from Dunelm as the main one and then few more Tonies other little bits tbh she’s been spoilt for birthday so it just all gets too much!!! X

Air drying clay kit, some diggers , books, magnetic letters, gruffalo playing cards (snap) - just bits and bobs really - he’s getting a Yamaha keyboard and lots of bits for his bday - so the keyboard is the big present for the year

My little boy asked for a red drumkit from Santa and then he asked a further few times over a few weeks so we have got him a wee toddler drumkit I know I'll regret it 🤣 a bike, some Diggers and a wooden train set. We will get him some books and some clothes that he needs.

Our boys birthday is next week and I’ve purposefully tried to hold gifts back for Christmas knowing we might be in this situation too! One of the things we’ve consciously tried to do is pick small but good things. Like a Yoto Mini Player which is small and won’t take up space/doesn’t need storage because it will always be out, but (hopefully!) is loved and has a big impact on day to day life. If you already have a Yoto or Tonies, some more cards or figures could be good as it’s easy to put away. Similarly, things like a balance bike or scooter that doesn’t have to stay and take up room in your living places! We’re also getting a new bath toy - it could help with bath times in general and also it something that can stay in the bathroom.
