Formula feeding

How's everyone finding their formula? Currently been using Hipp Organic. Recently it's taking forever just to feed(I have tried to size up the teat, but just overflows) Also, he will then sick up a lot of the milk, few 30-45mins later. He also poos every 2-3days, and on the day he finally opens bowels. It's like he's straining to do it. I've kept him on it, in case it is a phase. But also aware it's quite an expensive brand and doesn't seem like it's been anything amazing for him Just wondering how others are getting on with formula and the brands their using

We swapped from aptamil to Kendamil very early on and it’s been great, it sells out quite quickly everywhere so I feel like it’s a popular choice at the moment! Xx

I was actually considering Kendamill before Hipp, but I kept seeing negative reviews on here. I was between the two! (I know babies are all different) But I feel he has never been truly comfortable with HIPP

Oh really! I’ve only really heard good things from Kendamil, but mainly word of mouth recommendations from people I know in real life rather than on here tbf. I can only say good things about it, both of mine were really sicky babies when on aptamil, I thought with my first it was just her until the same happened this time and someone said it could be the milk! Xx

I may give it a go. Same here tbh, it was between that and hipp. But recently he keeps bringing the milk back up

Our little boy’s on cow and gate (mostly because it’s easiest to get everywhere around us!) and he’s been absolutely fine with it, 16 weeks in and he has 5 bottles a day and never sick xx

I’m also using Hipp organic combiotic from day one and she barely spit up. However I had the same experience in terms of pooping every 2-3 days. I think it’s because the formula isn’t that thick like Kendamil or other formulas and it gets digested more easily, therefore less poo. Does it make sense?? 🙈😬 I also red that it could be that the baby isn’t drinking enough 😊 or for me an also give breast milk as well as formula. Conclusion Hipp is really good for my baby 😊

We use Mamia from Aldi and baby gets on really well with it, isn’t sticky at all, is regular and doesn’t strain with the poo’s! Only downside is that you can only get it from Aldi. Every baby isn different though, my daughter got very sicky from this milk but I thought that was a normal baby thing until I’ve now got my son!

We use aptamil advanced ready to drink bottles and baby goes poo regular every day around the same time in fact.
