Aww yeah definitely go back! Tbf you’d have had to go back in like an hour anyway, so may as well go now and inform them in case they need to change the plan for you

I couldn’t keep my drink down either so insisted on testing another way - so had a diabetes at home kit
I was wondering if I was able to do it another way
I had an at home diabetes finger prick test for the same reason x
They can give you an antisickness tablet before hand and then do the drink again or they may let you test with a diabetes test kit at home but this takes much longer and is not as conclusive for GD as the glucose test is x
That’s odd that they let you go home! Sorry to hear that you’ve been sick with it 😔 I’d say definitely go back to let them know, if you can. Or give them a phone call if able to
