Help!

So my partner is saying that he isn’t ready to start trying again for another child. Our little girl is nearly 2. I suffer with conceiving as it took us 8 years to fall pregnant with our daughter due to my PCOS. I’m so scared that I’ll struggle again and it will take years. I really want another child and don’t want a large age gap due to personal experiences. I feel abit disgusting as he always uses the ‘pull out’ method. I just don’t know what to do going forward! Any advice will be appreciated, thank you 🤍

I mean if he thinks pull out method works lol then I think you have your answer. If yall get pregnant, yall get pregnant bc he's being stupid lol I have Endo & we were in this boat when our daughter was 1. I felt this urge to try for another out of the same fear. Well here we are, unable to have another & I have surgery this Thursday bc I'm done trying lol

You know your body. Try. Have 2. Then even if you can't at least you'll come to terms with that, when you do. I'm completely fine. Yes it's shitty, but we have 1 & we tried all the time up until last week when I got my period. I can't keep living like this in the pain I get just for a flare or period lol. 30 soon & we've tried for just shy of 8 years with 1 child who is 4.5 years old now.

Is he not ready, or does he not want another at all? Does he have a time frame in mind, and is he realistic about the fact that it may take a while again? Sounds like you two need to communicate a bit more. But ultimately, you should get on the same page about your goals for your family.

@Lauren wow that is a lot! that must be so tough on you and your partner! always here for a chat! X

@Taylor he said he would like another but just not yet. I don’t think he understands or realistic of how long it could actually take! we do have issues communicating which does make topics like this so difficult!
