@emily that’s actually a good idea. I don’t know if I can do the same dinner every night, as I have to cook for my family, and don’t want to organise 2 different meals, but I can easily for the others + snacks
Eat lots of veggies, protein and water
Post pregnancy I used to crave for coke and junk a lot specially after evening breastfeeding. Try to cut them if you have any and replace with protein drink which are safe for breastfeeding . Have healthy snacks ready to eat at home . Drink green tea or warm water more frequently. Do not start exercising before 3 months of Pp . Remember it took 9 months to gain pregnancy weight , it will take 9 months to go down . Trust the process and enjoy with your baby

“eat like a dog” 🥲 same 3 meals and snacks every day in a deficit. cuts out cravings & you aren’t tracking intake everyday. workouts & walking weren’t possible for me post c section till around 2 months. food is your only way to lose weight
