Don’t laugh

Unless you are professional in massages, don’t give nobody massages. My husband and I massaged each other and the next day we woke up with stiff necks. It’s painful and we can’t move our heads🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

License massage therapist here. Y’all may have gotten deep into knots which can cause soreness the next day.

Me and my husband are not professionally trained but we are both good at giving massages. I've gotten so many in my life, I've picked up the basics. I've never damaged him 🤣

@Carolyn is it a bad thing?😩🤣

It should get better in a day or so. Ibuprofen should help

When I go for a relaxing Thai massage I don’t get sore. When I go for a deep-tissue remedial massage I’m sore for the next 2-3 days because they went deep into my muscles and worked alot of my tense knots out compared to just massaging surface muscle- that may be why it’s sore/hurting. (But then it feels 1000% times better after the soreness is gone) It’s a good thing. Removal of knots helps with blood flow throughout the body
