Hey mamas, what do you guys do to help with stress and grounding yourself? Meditate? Walk? I’m just generally stressed and how do you personally fix that ?
Not sure how you feel about smoking but I’ve never been a smoker up until a few months ago and it’s helped a lottt
Walking does help and so does stretching!!
I’ve tried guided meditation from YouTube and it’s very calming
I have a lot more methods but I’m lazy and don’t wanna type right now lol
@indiiii yes definitely considered smoking I do it occasionally but not all the time
