Did y’all do a baby moon?
My husband and I want one last vacation to ourselves before there are 3 of us, we want to do a little weekend thing, not sure what to do though as the only time that will work for us is January when I’ll be 8 months pregnant. Thought maybe a cabin in the mountains could be nice but cell service is always pretty bad where we usually go and I doubt I’ll have the energy for hiking.
Does anyone have any suggestions for a baby moon in the winter when you’re that far along? What were some special things you guys did to make the last trip with the 2 of you special?
Not looking for a big budget thing as hospital bills and formula are right around the corner 😅

My husband and I went to a hotel then had a nice dinner. It was nice to get away just the two of us and spend time out of the house.
A local, cozy bed and breakfast with a big jacuzzi to help with pregnancy swelling. It could also be nestled near a small downtown area so y’all can walk a little bit but not too much.

my husband and i did a nice date night as i had zero energy by that time. i got myself all dolled up and he dressed up too so we could go out for dinner! i was induced at 40 weeks, and worked full time up until 2 days before my induction date. we also live in the mountains though so it was nice to just take a scenic drive after dinner.
