For real! You swipe and swipe and reach out and then nothing. I thought we all wanted the same things on here but I guess that’s not how it is. I was very confused and discouraged by it

I have it all the time they match with me and when I message they don't reply and I just think to myself why are you on this app then that's why I am slowly giving up in this app

@Martina can be very frustrating i just feel like alot of people judge from a photo instead of actually getting to know the person it's good to give people a chance you never know you might find your bestie

Most of time now I leave people to reach out to me half of time still doesn't end up been a friendship

It's very disappointing. I've messaged a lot of ppl and had very little back from them. I know everyone is busy with life as I'm the same. But I would never ignore a message. Sad because we are all here wanting meaningful friendships and it's very difficult to even get to that stage

i feel the same. i don’t think it has anything to do with looks, people just get busy and preoccupied and for me it can feel like a lot of effort making conversations. i’m learning not to take it personally

Don't take anything personal, it's not about you!!! Please don't think any of that I have genuine friendships however I'd like more to be in the flesh, coordinating playdates and what not can be a headache sometimes and most of my friends are in another city or childless Overall, I had a realization (again) which is to try and enjoy your own company FIRST, everything else will be bonus I find making friends with other moms very challenging in general. Long term friendships are rare and require effort like any other relationship
