Anyone is planning the First birthday party yet?

I want to start planning the party, because during Christmas time I will definitely not have time. I'm in a bit of a trouble with it, because we live in a flat, and it wouldn't be too comfortable having the party here (at least 6 adult and 4 kids other then us). Anyone have recommendations for a place to host it? Something not way too expensive:) I've been thjnking about an indoor playroom, but I don't know if a 1 year old could actually do anything in there? Or better to just have it in a restaurant? If someone could recommend an exact place in Oldham/Manchester that would be great as well ☺️

We're utilising my in laws house as ours is too small 😅 I have the date and location sorted atm, but that's it. I'll start planning properly in a couple of weeks x

I’m having the same issue. I’ve thought about hiring a community hall and sift play but feel like that space is to big with not many people going lol. If you find any nice places please let me know x

Thinking of community hall because it's cheaper but then it means inviting more people and spending more money.

Community halls/parish centres are good but still usually too big. Do you have baby sensory where you are? I’m sure it’s a nation wide thing? They’re franchised and the ones near me do parties x
