NHS advice vaping is safe during pregnancy?

I am trying so hard to quite smoking, currently 9 weeks and got the nhs stop smoking support to say that vapinh is 100% safe during pregnancy as it is the burning in the cigarettes that case harm to the baby. Whats everyone thought? I am still having 1 a day. It has been so hard. Please no mean comment. Xx

Well done for trying, I was a smoker before being pregnant with my first baby! With strong will and determination I stop as soon as I found out I was pregnant! I know it’s hard and the nicotine addiction is real but please try not to get into vaping as it’s not good glide you or for the baby! Vaping is as addictive as normal cigarettes. I’m in shock that NHS told you are not bad for you! Recent research shows that are as bad as cigarettes! Good luck! Xx

Heard they can be worse from two doctor friends who were recently pregnant.

I quit and now vape if I didn’t vape I would not of been able to stop cigarettes, as nicotine doesn’t actually harm the baby I’ve also been told by every health professional I’ve seen that it’s perfectly fine :)
