Recommendations

Anyone in the Clayton county area can help me and vouch me for my Notary? I’m trying to submit my notary application, it is asking for 2 recommendations residing in Clayton county and they cannot be related to me. I don’t know anyone in GA, or in Clayton County besides my BD😭 and I don’t even think I can put him down
