Pcos multivitamins

Why is it 2024 and we don’t have an all in one multivitamin for pcos 🙄 from my understanding the vitamins to take to handle your pcos more naturally is. Zinc, magnesium, omega 3, vitamin d, inositol, acetylcysteine (NAP), chromium, coQ10, B complex vitamins, berberine, calcium, selenium, probiotics, folate, vitamin A, vitamin b-12, & ashwaganda.

I think the problem is it really varies by person what helps. PCOS impacts everyone differently since doctors don't really understand it. And studies have only really shown a benefit with inositol and berberine consistently. We just need a lot more research on what is effective! But until then, you kinda have to figure out what works best for you.
