teething?!

my 10 week old has suddenly become very drooly, constantly chewing her fist or my shoulder, has become very fussy especially around feeding, has randomly been crying out like she's in pain for but no apparent reason, and her sleep has been pretty bad both day and night. it seems super early but could she be teething??

I’ve found my 10 week old seems to be very drooly and mouthing her hand a lot. I think she might be teething too but it does seem early

My 8 week old has two front teeth already coming through! Poor things

Omg my 10 week is doing the exact same! I suspected teething but thought it’s way too soon

Same here! Lots of drool and spit bubbles!!

Unless you can see the teeth coming through, then it's most likely developmental. They've discovered their hands and that they can move them, their saliva glands are working and nothing's better then trying to suck their hand. Better still, anything you put near them or both their hands together. My LO drools 🤤 loads, filling his bibs he now wears when he's awake. Currently had a love for blowing bubbles and finds it hilarious 😂

My 10 week old was doing this yesterday! My eldest was teething at 12 weeks - I could feel a tooth with him. I'm waiting to see whether anything materialises for this one!

@Chloe @Trinity @M 🤍 @Charlotte @Lucy @Terri ah thankyou so much, really glad its not just me - had a look and i thought i could see some white bits and a red patch on her gum, but might be imagining things.. if it is teething its a relief to know thats what it is, but also i definitely thought i had a couple of months before this stage😵‍💫x
