Going back to work

Has anyone gone back to work since having their little one? I’m supposed to go back soon & I’m so sad about it. I’m not ready to leave my baby for such long stretches. trying to incorporate myself into her routine (lowkey have a Velcro baby so it’s hard to put her down at times) is also difficult and I just don’t know if I’m ready but I’ve pushed off my return long enough.

If you can start doing a couple hours away so you don't jump straight in to a full day

Yes. I started work a week ago. I’m ngl it’s SO hard to leave, I cried the first week!!! I was feening to come to see my baby after I got off. It’s so hard. But it does get better!

I go back November 12th and I have had severe depression over it. I have twins and they’re both Velcro babies and the thought of leaving them just breaks my heart

I returned 9/14. Put a camera up at home so I can peep in on him at any point when I’m really missing him.

Due to be back on the 4th. I’m thinking about extending because I can’t imagine focusing on anything else, plus I have a high stress job and mentally feel like I’m not 100%. At the same time, i imagine going back to it might be a nice break and a way to interact with other humans 😅

I go back on Thursday. Hate it so much
