My mans the same but if he’s not in the mood ima be honest having a tampon in keeps the mess down as is and if I need to get something done ima just do it 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️

There are specials ‘cups’ you can use that fit like a ring and putt in like a tampon, just look around on Google or in your supermarket And use the shower head in advance 😉
