Colchester/Clacton Maternity Services

I am 7 weeks pregnant, and I have referred to the maternity unit but have heard nothing back about my first appointment yet. I know I have time as the first appointment is around 8-10 weeks but thought I would have heard something by now. Is anyone in the same boat? It says not to contact them again once you’ve submitted your referral, but do I call to check in or just leave it for now?

From when I done the self referral it did take a couple weeks to hear back anything from them x

I've had my baby, but last May I found out and it took 4 weeks for them to get back to me with a midwife appointment and scans after my referral. So I was around 8 weeks when I saw someone. Hope this helps x

It took a couple of weeks for them to contact me. I have my first appointment this week
