Same here 5,5 months post section 😞

4 months after c-section here 🙋🏽‍♀️ babies are 13months apart 😬 currently 18months and 5months... the hardest part? when they decide to both gang up on you in the same day and you and your toddler basically just survive off snacks and as soon as your partner walks through the door after work, you're tapping out 😅 My baby's are usually very chill tho and we only have like maybe 1 or 2 chaotic days a week. It's honestly what you make of it. I'm a low stress person so it's fine for me. The only real advice I have is when your baby comes, try to involve your oldest as much as possible. If you're feeding your baby and your toddler wants a cuddle, do your best to accommodate etc. There is no jealousy with my toddler and the further into this journey we get the more excited she is when he wakes up from naps or when I put them in the bath together. She loves playing with him as much as possible. It's the best feeling.

I found out around the same time. I am still waiting for #2 to arrive so no advice for that part yet but I can say that I feel a whole lot better now about it than I did when I first found out. It helps that my baby is actually sleeping now. She was not from 6-8 months and that made it feel much less possible.

Bless you! I was the same, totally unexpected but also careless on my behalf😂 my little girl is due any day now and i have a 16month old. Im pleased we are having them close together now as we have all the chaos/ baby stuff already! But i know its gunna be hard at first. Just think when they can play and entertain themselves and will like the same things as theyl be similar ages! Im definitely done now though being pregnant back to back has been brutal😂wishing you luck x

I also have a 13 month age gap and got pregnant after an emergency section with baby number 1. I’m nine months in now and my toddler is nearly 2. It’s been a crazy adjustment, but honestly I found a baby and a toddler easier than being pregnant with a toddler. Their relationship is great now. I ended up having a second section and the recovery was much smoother the second time around. Maybe because I knew what to expect, or maybe because I knew I had to get home to my toddler.
