😅😅😅 i need to poo but i am keeping it in because how the heck do i clean down there????? i only got a 1st degree tear and i didn’t get any haemorrhoids but it’s just still stingy and sore down there, so how do i do it 😅😅😅

Look into a peri bottle with an extended arm on it. Makes it easier to point it at your butt.

I used baby wipes I had stitches I didn’t tear he came out hand first an his nail got me don’t worry I asked the nurse if I could wipe my butt lmao

Peri bottle with warm water ( also helps to sooth) life saver spray until you feel clean then dab/wipe area gently. Also don’t push when you poo lol just let it come out lol can be uncomfortable as it is
