We use https://rubiesintherubble.com/products/squeezy-tomato-ketchup/ although LO rarely has it but sometimes I use it in marinades
I just use Heinz. The amount she has is only tiny anyway. Does your 2 year old have a lot? If not you might be overthinking it
I’ve never given him ketchup he is only just 2 so thought it was a bit soon - I don’t really want him to have refined sugar so was looking for an alternative
Yea I get it, I probably wouldn’t have given her ketchup yet at all but she has an older brother 🤣
Like you said for the amount they actual eat it is prob irrelevant in the grand scheme of it ! First time mum (I’m sure you guessed lol)
If you want to avoid refined sugars then the dr wills ketchup is great! It’s sweetened with apple puree and date syrup instead
We have just been using Heinz no added sugar and salt but it does have sweetener so perhaps there are better ones.
