Semen analysis
Hi, my partners semen analysis couldn’t be carried out due to “too little of a sample” they said there wasn’t enough sperm to assess the motility and morphology. Has anyone been int his position before and does this mean he is producing extremes low- 0 sperm ?

Aww okay thanks. No they didn’t give us any stats at all and my mind blanked at the time (all my questions came like an hour later 🙄 typical) but ok yeah that makes sense! We will be doing another re-test for sure!
Yeah, that seems like the overall volume of the sample was too low. Did it seem like a typical amount for your partner when they gave the sample? Perhaps they were just nervous or dehydrated. Make sure to have your partner hydrate well before the next one!

Did they tell you how many ML his sample was? It may be that. We couldn’t assess morphology due to actual sperm number but could with everything else, so could be a mix of both?
