Flu Shot

Has anyone ever gotten the flu shot for their child while sick? What was your experience like?

I try to wait till my kids are over being sick unless it’s a little cough or something just because their immune system is usually down

My doctor will not administer the flu shot if my kid is already sick

Docs won’t give while kids are sick and it’s best to wait until they are better.

It’s literally a counter indication to get vaccinated while sick.

They do and they did and they were aware of a cough. I’m regretting it.
