iPad with fav shows/movies downloaded. Headphones. Busy bag - new activities, colouring stuff, leap pad? A few fav comforters. Chances are they may sleep for a lot of it.
A few new toys, some activities, lots of snacks. My daughter played with cups and her snacks for a while during travel. Just enjoying pouring snacks from one cup to the next. They’re easy to please once you have a few novel options.

I moved to Romania (and back) with a toddler: I recommend making a bag with crayons and colouring books, a touch book (think That’s not my Cat), a busy board and an iPad.
