How much Calpol/Nurofen is too much for teething toddler?

My toddler is cutting all 4 canines right now and I feel like I've given him Nurofen for the past 4 nights. How many nights is to many in a row?!

Tbh we just gave it until it wasn’t required.. when we weren’t sure we gave 2.5ml instead of 5ml and then either cut it out or upped it accordingly. I know it says no more than 3 days or something, but if the baby needs it then what are we supposed to do.. speak to a pharmacist if you’re unsure x

We did 4 nights in a row, and he slept straight through till 7.30 every morning. Then last night, I felt guilty about him having too many times in a row, so I didn't give it to him. He woke twice 🫠 could have been a coincidence, but I'm putting it down to the lack of pain relief. Safe to say, he's getting calpol tonight 😂 and I'm going to stop letting myself feel guilty, as it allows him to be pain-free and have a good sleep.

I wouldn’t worry about giving it a few nights in a row if your baby is in pain. We’re doing the same as she’s really struggling with her canines as well x
