I agree with what Emma has said, your baby knows when they're full so it's good to have extra on standby incase they want more. I made a batch of pancakes this morning and my toddler asked for more 3 times, think she had about a dozen mini pancakes which I never would've expected her to eat that much😂
That's what I'd give but with some grapes or strawberries too
That wouldn’t be enough for my LG but would be too much for other babies 🤷♀️ follow their lead :) my LG will ask for more or try and give it back to me and say ‘bye bye’ if she doesn’t want any more.
I'm pretty sure (and I've said this from day 1) that my LO doesn't know when to stop. He is obsessed with food to the point after 3 lots of pasta bake at nursery AND pudding he is crawling round on the floor picking at crumbs afterwards. I just can't seem to fill him
This wouldn’t be enough for mine either! My boys at this age both could eat adult portions easily. They do slow down eventually
I wish my son would eat that much 😩😫
It depends if he eats it all, then I’d give him more. If he doesn’t then the portion is right. They know when they are full/hungry so I always make sure there is a little more then I think they can eat
