Self doubt

Seriously having self doubt. Constantly got back pain, tiredness overdue. I’m SICK of people telling me to stop complaining over being tired as it’s only going to get hard when baby is here. I don’t feel good enough to be a parent. I can’t do this 😣😢 I’m nearly at the end of seeing my beautiful baby but can’t help but self doubt myself into thinking I won’t be good enough and won’t be able to do it 😖😞

You will be good enough! Honestly pregnancy tired and newborn tired are so different! From my experience pregnancy tired was worse! Please try to be kind to yourself, ignore peoples negativity. You’ve got this & worrying about being good enough only shows how much you care to be a good mum! That’s all the proof you need:) x

Meh. Forget what people say. It gets easier. Baby is out, you have your body back. You can enjoy getting to know each other and setting your own routine with your baby and your new family. It's wonderful. It's not all miserable. I don't know why before you're pregnant it's all "it's wonderful, it's amazing" there's not one bad thing to say. And then as soon as you're pregnant it's all "well you should have thought about all this, it's only going to get harder..." Listen to your body and to your baby. That's all you have to do. The rest will come. Its in all of us. You should be building yourself up not shooting yourself down because of idiots. If you have difficulties there's help out there to help draw those motherly instincts out of us. Be excited. Be tired. It's all a wonderful (though annoying at times😅🤭) part of pregnancy. You don't have to be running around like a headless chicken doing this and doing that keeping up with the Jones blah blah blah. If you need to rest. Rest. Take things easy. 💗🫂

Thank you so much ❤️
