I think the woman told me they only pick up the phones between 4pm-4.30pm and then half an hour in the morning which I can't remember sorry. But maybe try them after 4 x

Depends which area you’re in which number to call I’m donnington so was under sapphire team when I tried to book my 16 week ( bare in mind it was 20 weeks ago) it did take me a few attempts to get through I think they only answered between 8-9:30 and 16:00 - 16:30

Oml trying to book anything was always an absolute nightmare. There's a few different numbers for Telford various maternity departments, I just kept calling all the numbers, they'd redirect me until someone eventually answered or booked me in. Do you know your midwives number? Or, Do you have the badgernotes app? There's a bit on there that has all the numbers. Just keep trying it's such a pain!!!

Did you manage to get it booked? I’m with TELDOC so my midwives are at the MLU. The specific number I had to call for my midwife team was on Badgernotes x
