No, this is not true. Sex is safe during all stages of pregnancy unless advised by your doctor for some kind of medical reason/condition. Though if you’re worried/nervous and don’t want to have sex until the second trimester, then don’t :) follow whatever you’re comfortable with. Can confirm what everyone else has said - definitely not true! Unless you’re put on pelvic rest for any reason, it’s perfectly safe to enjoy sex and orgasms in pregnancy x
