Milk

Is your 2.5 year old still drinking milk? If so, how often? Mine wasnt eating any meals well so i cut out the milk completely and it’s helped a lot. Just wondering if milk should still be offered? Even a little a day? Clueless. Any advice would be appreciated. Thankyou!

Mine still has milk before bed and I plan to continue that (personally I enjoy a glass before bed myself haha). He also occasionally has a cup in the morning alongside his breakfast

My 2.5 year old still has milk in the morning with breakfast & one at night before bed, but we are trying to cut out the one before bed as we want to start potty training soon & they aren't supposed to have anything to drink before bed

My 2.5 year old still has about 180ml of full fat milk after waking up and before going to bed.

About 200mls a day. A cup with breakfast and a cup before bed. The breakfast one he wouldn’t be bothered by but he enjoys the bedtime one. We had to cut it down a while back as he wouldnt eat breakfast.

Not every day anymore as she has a good diet but she does love milk so I still give her a cup in the day when she asks, usually anytime we pass a coffee shop as she knows they do milk 😂 she used to have one cup a day before bed but not now she’s potty trained

My twins were still having warm milk before bed just because it was routine and helped settle them down for the night. But recently weren't drinking it all so I stopped offering and only give it I'd they ask for it. Occasionally at breakfast they will a milk also, depending what they have for breakfast
