How do you not feel frustrated when your child just won’t eat anything.

I’m in the same boat and my baby has always been on the tinier side but tall for her age iv learned that as long as iv tried there’s nothing you can do they’ll let u know if there hungry but I still catch myself getting very frustrated

Just keep going back to the fridge and trying everything possible

😒🥲I feel the same… sometimes he will catch up, I but I learn to keep offering all . Even the things he hated, sometimes he likes them so it’s so weird… so glad you posted this because when my baby eats well: I tell my husband , this is just for me . Heaven! He doesn’t get it lol! 😂

Guys it’s actually so frustrating! It’ll be like 3 days has passed and all she’s had is water and some cheese WTF 🤯 I felt so alone because every other toddler is eating so much and so well and then there’s mine who refuses breakfast lunch and dinner everyday

I’m the opposite. Mine steals my food 😭😣

Honestly it’s a pick your battles thing for me. I just offer a bunch of different foods. When I find something she likes, I give her that most days. Plenty of snacks. Any food is better than no food. I only introduce new foods at lunch. I supplement with those children’s protein shakes. My daughter is a huge chip fiend. So it ain’t healthy but if push comes to shove I can count on that as her having something. Dinner we still purée a healthy meal to make sure she is fed fully before bed. She doesn’t fight that at all. I just keep telling myself they grow out of it. This too shall pass. It’s more important to offer the variety of foods.

On the struggle bus too. He eats the same 5-8 things and usually refuses anything else (like won’t even sit at the table). Sometimes we get lucky but most of the time I just hope he just gets enough calories (he is tall but skinny for his age).

@Christina🤱🏼🍂☕️♈️ you don’t know how lucky you are my good sis

I thought I was alone. I see so many toddlers my daughter’s age eat so much. I guess I’m not the only one. I thought it was just my luck 😂

@Amy im not lucky. My health is suffering from lack of eating properly. I just about gave up and let God take it 🫶🏻

I call them our “sniff a strawberry days” cause some days that seems like all it is and others he eats his food my food and his dads lol. But our doctor says it’s fine he’s gaining weight and to remember his stomach is the size of his fist 🤷🏾‍♀️ so I leave my lil Tasmanian devil alone and put it in the fridge
