Any mamas trying to lower consumption of toxins from food?

So me and bae been having skin issues, eczema and acne…also low energy and I have brain fog…my period started being irregular and I know I couldn’t be pregnant so I realized I needed to make permanent changes in the food we are eating, my 4 yr old is fine but I saw a lot of food I was buying had high fructose corn syrup and a lot of chemicals preservatives and artificial dyes…yes everything is polluted but I don’t wanna buy these foods with more toxins in them so I had to buy brands that had simple ingredients in them and higher quality meat and dairy and veggies/fruits from the farmer’s market… (As far as my cycle I started drinking herbal tea blend and for women that are NOT pregnant and that restored my hormonal balance and brought my period back and increased my libido and 💦🌊🐳 ) I also started drinking elderberry tea, and chaga mushroom tea as well…looking to detox and lose weight…any mamas out there on the same journey? What helps you?

We live in Alabama, which is basically a farm state. We have our own chickens for eggs and meat. Rabbits for meat and fur. Fish in the fond (catfish, bream, bass) Goats for milk and meat. And a friend has cows, so buy a half a cow every 8 months. I suggest you look for organic gardens, farms, and such in your state. Also, start making your own body butters ( it's pretty easy) and learn how to can things. I've learned so much on TikTok lol (how to make mayo, ketchup, spice blends, etc). If you need suggestions on farms near your area. Shoot me a text.

We also planted our garden this year and yielded so many crops. Maybe make a raised garden in your backyard. We had green beans, tomatoes ,squash, egg plants, cucumbers, and a variety of peppers/herbs.

When I went home and saw the difference in ingredients for the same things was. I was shaken! I'm like the US is the only country that's slowly trying to kill its citizens. It's madness

@Mutago 🤗 yea I live in Georgia, was thinking about going to the local farms but right now I go to Sprouts and Dekalb Farmers Market…and I use pure cocoa butter right now and that has been healing my eczema…also I wash with Dr Bronner’s liquid soap…cocoa butter is so hard so I need to whip it with Shea butter and I have coconut oil

@Mutago 🤗 yes I want chickens too! Was just telling bae this but we live in an apartment right now…waiting till we get married and get a house
