Baby classes

Hi, does anyone attend the barking baby classes. I’ve heard they have some in barking library. Tbh I’m feeling anxious turning up on my own!! Anyone want to attend? I have a 2 month old

Hi ladies! I’ve been going since baby was about 3 months, shes now 9 months. Please don’t be anxious, everyones super friendly and you’ll sit with new mums every week and make lots of friends. Its a great place!! The session I used to go to was on Thursdays at 1:15, the class is now Mondays. They have so many sessions on but the peep a boo class is just the one I attended and can vouch for x

You can also try future youth zone (baby zone) in Dagenham. For babies 0-5yrs Wednesdays 9:30am-2:30pm

I used to go to both the Barking baby sensory class and the library sessions (went back to work in September) and met some lovely Mums. Please go along often other Mum's are in the same boat, so don't feel too anxious about it.
