It sucks!!!! Sometimes I’ll laugh pee and a little comes out but then I fucking sneeze and it’s the Nile River (especially if my bladder seems even slightly full). For example I was at work and had to pee a little bit and the pollen is just so bad in fl I’m miserable and sneezing a lot (I’m outside for the last two hours) and it’s like sneeze after sneeze after sneeze. 🤧 it’s so bad it’s laughable honestly.
@Alexandria that sounds absolutely terrible! I think I got lucky with my first pregnancy but if I ever do it again I’ll probably be in depends the whole time just in case 😅
I’m having to wear pads and liners at work also. It’s so bad 😂😅🤧
As someone who thought this was normal during and after pregnancy it absolutely is not. 3 babies later and currently pregnant with #4, I’m having some pretty big issues now because I didn’t know how important your pelvic floor is. I highly recommend pelvic floor exercises or even a pelvic floor physical therapist. Please work on this before you’re peeing your pants just jumping around with your kids
My mom said kegel exercises helps also
@Alexandria lol yess , I’m okay any other time but now that I’m 8mths with baby #3 , there is no such thing as bladder control .

@Tamekia yes I didn’t have that problem till the last couple wks of my pregnancy with #1 & now #3 . It’s hilarious bc your slightly embarrassed but telling yourself did I just really pee
Yeah agreed. I’m 29 weeks but it’s just such a pain and annoying etc
@Alexandria yessssss my 1st born I thought my water broke . I was 35wks going up the stairs and no body was home with me. I just remember taking a step up and it was everywhere . I thought my water broke bc I had already lost my mucus plug but it was just me being high risk & my body telling me to sit down . That day I moved my room downstairs. I was super scared as a first timer. Now I understand that every pregnancy is not the same
This is my first and I already have weak bladder control so it REALLY doesn’t help
@Mackenzie I see a OMT & physical therapist every week . Gym / pelvic floor exercises I do incorporate. Well that still isn’t working . Apparently due to me measuring 3wks bigger , he is on my bladder. He may come out longer than 22in. Doctor want me to keep him in until I’m 36wks the least . Just know that yes you may try all the things that may help but doesn’t mean it will work for everyone. Could also be that I am still not fully healed after baby #2 , i am still recovering from having a vbac with her which she is 23mths . So hopefully he doesn’t give me a hard labor, even though I feel like my vag is falling out .
@Alexandria I definitely wear them now that I’m getting closer to having baby . And I am starting to lose my plug by pieces so yesss adult diapers might be on the market for me soon 😅🤣

STORY OF MY LIFE 🤣 working on 3rd pregnancy and it's been a nightmare. I'll sneeze, and my almost 5 year old will automatically go find me a towel because "mommy peed herself again" 🤦♀️
@Chelsea yikes 😬 , awe she is so helpful . My 7yr old is sweet like that. But yes 1 of my least favorite things about being prego
@Desiree I can deal with almost anything else that pregnancy throws at me but i already struggle with finding pants that fit me now for me to just have to keep washing the pants that do fit me 🤦♀️

Right?!! I’ve had to start bringing a change of pants and underwear with me to work because of this. It’s the most annoying thing and it’s like I have no bowel control anymore
