Unsure if I’m miscarrying?

I’m around 5 and a half- 6 weeks pregnant and I bled yesterday, there was a tiny amount in my underwear and a bit when I wiped but nothing again after that and I haven’t bled at all since. I had a scan on Monday and things were progressing as they should. I’ve got no cramping, I’ve just taken a test which is still super dark. Is it likely to be a miscarriage or just some light bleeding ? I spoke to early pregnancy and she said if it was a loss she’d expect it to carry on and not stop especially this early on. I’ve had an early loss before and when the bleeding started it continued into a heavy period with no stopping in between. Has anyone had a miscarriage thats stopped and started? I’ve never bled and it not be a bad thing 😔 is it possible to have implantation bleeding this late when I first tested positive on the 2nd? Picture is my test from today.
