Have you followed up with the jobs you've applied for. Also you've got this! I know it may seem rough now but that job you're meant to have will come girl. Do you have a car? Do you have Uber Lyft door dash where you are? You can make your own hours and be your own boss!

@Kiana yes I’ve followed up with multiple jobs they have told me they chose another candidate or never answered the phone when I called a few times , and sadly no I don’t have a car right now and I wish I did I would’ve signed up for that immediately, it’s just it’s been hard because I have to find a job I can work while my baby is in school and most of these jobs want full time but I don’t have anyone to watch my baby for more hrs ( because everyone works ) and if I’m able to start part time and I make some money I could eventually save up to do full time and put my baby in a daycare for a few hrs after school just so I can get more hrs in during the day

@Kiana also sorry I missed your question I live in queens

You're all good. And hmmm that's so odd. I would say try to get childcare assistance but you still have to work at least part time to get that. Are there online resources such as indeed to find jobs?

Can you apply for food stamps and rent assistance in the mean time? Also WIC.

The job market is very competitive right now. Idk what kind of experience you have, but it might be beneficial to have a professional resume writer provide you with some insight. Are you looking for remote and onsite jobs?

try working for the school as a para educator or para sub- also bus drivers are very in demand rn ! apply to those and you'd have same hrs as your kiddo

Some schools even allow your kids to come along up to 2 of them if you need that too if they aren't school age as well.
