I found Flo to be super good at predicting my cycle and pregnancy but I know it’s not the most ethical app out there. Hopefully someone will have a better suggestion 🤞

Clue is very good, and in the settings/your profile you can add your birth conteol type, including Fertility Awareness Method, so I believe it will let you know when is most risky to have sex. Later when you do want another it has a trying to conceive setting and a pregnancy setting. I love it and actually pay for the premium version. It also has information and articles about different health things. It's made by women, for women, and I think might be Canadian based, not sure.

@Aggs I have Flo too. Why isn’t it the most ethical app?

@Kimberly as above - it violated several privacy laws and have also stated that they would provide data information to governments if requested, which has been a major concern since the overturning of Roe v Wade. It was also made by two men simply for profit. I know there are apps which are female created and led which are probably much better.

I found PreMom to be most accurate. Especially paired with the Easy@Home ovulation strips. Flo was a day or 2 off for me

I really like Stardust

@Aggs oh wow I had no idea. I am gonna delete the app. I downloaded “Clue” hopefully that ones better

P tracker works best for me!

Just a heads up period apps can’t “track”your cycles, they go based off of predictions from previous cycles you have had, which makes them inaccurate and can give you wrong information — (sickness, stress, infections, lack of sleep, etc.) can all alter/delay when you ovulate therefore the app would not know this and predict a false ovulation window! Possibly resulting in an unexpected pregnancy. Learn to track what is going on with your body paired with tracking your temperature, LH Strips, Cervical mucus this will give you the most accurate information.

I use the clue app. It is accurate most of the time.

I’ve used Flo for like 3 years and I’ve never had an issue

Flo is great
