Anyone else’s midwife appointment go very badly 🙃

So I had my first midwife appointment at 8weeks+3. I had to stop the appointment after giving bloods but in the middle of the questions and go to the toilet because I thought I was bleeding. I was, badly. I went back in the room and started crying a lot. She phoned the hospital and arranged for me to go get a scan done to check on things and her assistant drove me to my dads (closest to the doctors surgery and he had to drive me to the hospital coz I don’t drive) and told me to let her know how I got on at the hospital. So I messaged her when I was at the hospital after I had my scan (everything was fine). After this appointment me and my partner ended up very very ill over the weekend and I couldn’t move from being sick to the point I had to ask my mum for help with my daughter (mostly because I was worried about her getting ill) so I had messaged her again on Monday asking if there was anything I could take for anti sickness she still hasn’t got back to me and I’m now 9weeks+1 and not really sure what to do? She said that we needed to get me booked in by no later than 10 weeks. Has she just finished the booking questionnaire? I had her as my midwife about 2 years ago with my first (same dad) so for like the medical background and stuff (I think that was all that was left) she could’ve used that one but i thought she would’ve messaged to let me know or something? For uk mums (or anyone else that uses badger notes) she has recently updated that tho it was still the pre booking questionnaire a couple of days ago but it’s showing my weeks and stuff now. No appointments or anything yet tho Confused
