Struggling with how I look

I know it's been 19months since I gave birth but I really struggle with how I look and I'm after some tips. Yes I've put on a lot of weight and I know this affects my confidence and I'm using slimming world to help with this, but I find I always look a mess in myself as in my hair and face I've never been one to wear loads of make up but I feel like the basics aren't even helping and my hair looks lifeless, the postpartum hairloss was real but I felt it came back just not the same got some much baby hair and I struggle to make my hair look half nice and same for my face. Any tips - nothing too invasive or expensive please

Maybe extensions or wig for hair? Whatever you're more comfortable with. Extensions that clip in might be better to thicken it up. I bought some for mine cos mines thin anyway. I think the exhaustion is hard to hide in faces of mums lol 😆 I struggle. I use this like super long wear concealer that only semi hides the eye bags then just some tint on my lips and cheeks to reduce the sallow zombie look. Don't bother with foundation, sometimes I put on a bit of powder so I don't get sooo greasy during the day... Hope some of that might work for you, but I definitely don't look how I look before too, it's taking some getting used to, and a lot more effort to feel any sort of good

BB cream, tidy brows, blush and something on your lips. Slick back bun looks nice and easy too. Heatless curls perhaps if you are not into buns, there’s load of YouTube vids where some people even use a pair of socks.

I’m the same 🥺 but have managed to get me hair back to normal. I don’t use a lot of heat (only wash my hair once or twice a week and straighten it every other day) I also tend to to a leave in conditioner mouse (milkshake one) as I don’t have time for hair masks anymore but used to do a hair mask once a week. I also use a good heat protection spray before drying and a satin pillow case to sleep on and an old t shirt for my hair when it’s wet rather than a towel and my hairdresser couldn’t believe how good my hair condition was last week so must be working 🤷🏻‍♀️

Hairdresser and beauty salon, some new clothes and a make up session in a department store. More exercise and address your diet. You will feel so much better in a matter of weeks!!!
